- SHIPPING & TRANSIT LIABILITY
SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS
Separate shipping and handling charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. Most orders placed before 5:00 p.m. Indian Standard Time (IST), Monday through Friday, are processed and handed over to our logistics partners within 3 to 5 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
In accordance with the Indian Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, Guitar Villa ensures that all shipments are securely packed and insured during transit. The risk of transit damage or loss remains our responsibility until the delivery partner hands over the package to you. However, to claim a replacement or refund for transit damage, the buyer must strictly adhere to the verification timelines and mandatory documentation (including unboxing proofs) outlined in our Return Policy. If a delivery location is deemed unserviceable by our courier network after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a 100% refund.
