At Guitar Villa, we supply premium, high-quality musical instruments and audio equipment. Because these are precision items, we do not offer a “trial-and-error” or “change-of-mind” return policy. We encourage all customers to review specifications, watch demos, or consult our team before making a purchase.

1. Scope of Policy: Replacements Only
Returns or refunds are only entertained in the case of items that arrive physically damaged during transit, have manufacturing defects, or if an incorrect product was shipped.

 • We strictly do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, personal preference (“disliking the tone/sound”), or accidental orders.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement (Anti-Fraud Shield)

To protect against fraudulent claims, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or defect claim.

 • The video must clearly show the courier label, the completely sealed condition of the outer box, and the entire unboxing process down to the physical inspection of the instrument.

 • Any claim submitted without a valid, unedited unboxing video will be automatically rejected without exception.

3. Strict 3-Day Window

Any defect or transit damage must be reported to Guitar Villa within 3 days of delivery. No claims will be entertained beyond this period.

4. Condition Requirements for Approved Returns

If a return/exchange is approved by our team, the item must be sent back in pristine condition:

 • Zero Wear: The item must have no scratches, pick marks, cosmetic blemishes, or signs of use.

 • 100% Complete: Must include all original outer and inner packaging, thermocol/foam inserts, plastic sleeves, manuals, tags, power adapters, and bundled accessories. Missing packaging will result in a rejected return.

5. Non-Returnable & Sanitary Items

The following items are strictly Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances once opened:

 • Guitar/Ukulele strings, drumheads, and drumsticks.

 • Headphones, earphones, and in-ear monitors (due to hygiene regulations).

 • Audio interfaces or gear bundled with software codes that have been unsealed or registered.

6. Courier Costs & Restocking Penalties

 • Deduction of Outward Freight: If a rare exception is made for a return outside of a manufacturing defect, the actual outward shipping cost incurred by Guitar Villa (even if the order originally qualified for “Free Shipping”) will be deducted from your final refund.

 • Return Shipping: The buyer is entirely responsible for arranging and paying for secure, insured return shipping.

 • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be levied on any approved buyer’s remorse return to cover depreciation and the technical inspection process.
